Your accounting runs in Exact, your salespeople keep their contacts in a separate CRM, and the planning sits in a spreadsheet. A new client is created three times, spelled slightly differently each time. When the invoice has to go out, someone looks up the order number in their email. The package does its job, but everything around it you still do by hand.

Why your package only does half the work

Exact, AFAS, and Odoo are good packages. They handle accounting, invoicing, and client management neatly, for tens of thousands of companies at once. That is exactly where the problem sits: they are built for the average, not for your way of working. Your wholesale business calculates with volume discounts that do not fit the standard field. Your healthcare organization records hours per client in a way the time-tracking module does not know. So a shadow administration grows next to the package, and the two slowly drift apart.

We make sure the package stays the core and that everything around it connects to it. Sometimes that is a matter of configuration: the right fields, the right roles, the right ledger accounts. Sometimes it is an integration with the online store or the planning. And sometimes it is a small piece of custom software that adds exactly the step the package is missing, without having to rebuild the package itself.

Exact, AFAS, or Odoo: configure, connect, or migrate

Three situations keep coming back. The first: you already have the package, but it was set up quickly once and never adjusted since. Then we go through the configuration with you and straighten out what is crooked. The second: the package works fine, but it does not talk to your online store, your planning tool, or your time tracking. Then we build an integration on the official API of Exact, AFAS, or Odoo, so an order in the online store becomes a draft invoice right away and a change of address in the CRM carries through everywhere. That is the same work as System integration, with the quirks of these three packages added: the request limits of Exact Online, the connectors of AFAS, the modules of Odoo.

The third situation: the package itself is the bottleneck and you want to switch. Then we help you choose and move your data over. Clients, products, open items, and the history you need for the accountant. We move nothing blindly: duplicate debtors and products that have not sold in years come out first. What cannot move, we tell you in advance, not on the day the old package goes offline.

A working prototype within ten business days

We do not start with a three-month selection process. We observe the person who now switches between systems the most and take that one flow first. Within ten business days, a working prototype runs on your own clients, products, and entries, in a test environment of the package. You see right away whether the fields land correctly and whether the VAT codes are right.

From that prototype, we expand. If the order flow works, returns follow. If the time tracking is right, we connect the leave requests. Steps that still happen by hand after the integration, such as approving purchase invoices or sending payment reminders, we handle with Workflow automation. Invoices the package sends to the government or large clients, we route through E-invoicing and Peppol.

You retain ownership of your data

An ERP or CRM holds everything your company knows: who your clients are, what you sell, what you earn. We handle that with care. The integrations we build do not store business data themselves, the connection is encrypted, and everything runs within the EU. You get the code of the integrations and the documentation of the configuration, so you are not tied to us. If you want to hand off the maintenance, you can do that through Software maintenance, but that is a choice and not an obligation. If we see during the free intake that an integration or a switch is not going to help you, we tell you right away.
