A cloud environment of your own, shared with nobody
A cloud environment that belongs to your organization alone, in a European data center, with management you can take over yourself.
You still run your systems on your own servers, somewhere in a room at the back of the building. They work, but the maintenance contracts are running out, the air conditioning failed once, and nobody is sure that last month's backup can really be restored. At the same time, you do not want to put everything with a large public provider, because you work with case files, patient data, or client records that you must be able to account for. A private cloud sits right between the two.
When your own cloud works out better
You share a public cloud with thousands of others. That is fine for a website or a test environment. It gets awkward when you have a heavy, constant load, or when you must show an accountant, a regulator, or a procuring authority where your data sits and who can reach it. In a private cloud, your environment runs on hardware assigned to you, with its own network segment and its own keys.
The second argument is predictability. If a processing job runs for a few hours every night, or a system needs the same computing power all day, you pay in a public cloud for peaks you never use, and your bill still swings. Fixed capacity that you chose yourself is calmer, and you know in advance what it costs.
What you get with a private cloud
You get a shielded environment in a European data center, and we tell you exactly which building your equipment is in and under which conditions. In it, we set up virtual servers, network zones, storage, and backup, plus the access rights per employee or per system.
What is not included matters just as much. No layer of management software that only we can work with. No licenses tied to us. No setup that leaves you empty-handed if you leave. It does not have to be all or nothing either: we put the sensitive or heavy part here, and the rest can stay with a public provider, which in practice is Hybrid cloud. If your team works remotely a lot, we connect Virtual desktops to it.
From existing servers to your own cloud
We move in blocks, not in one weekend where everything has to go at once. We start with a system that is important enough to learn from and small enough to roll back without damage. It runs for a few weeks, your people notice what is different, and only then does the next block follow. It is the same approach as in Cloud migration, except that here the destination is yours alone.
Old systems can come along. An application that runs only on an outdated operating system, a license tied to a network card, a link with a machine on the shop floor: these are exactly the things that get stuck with a public provider and can still work in an environment of your own. If something really cannot move, we say so before you start, not halfway through.
Management, cost, and who owns it
Systems do the watching. They measure day and night, and when something fails they follow an agreed escalation route. You agree on who gets called, how quickly someone looks, and what is already repaired automatically. Updates, backups, and a periodic test restore are part of it, because a backup that has never been restored is an assumption.
At the end, the environment is yours. You get the admin passwords, the keys, and the documentation, and you can leave the management with us, take it on yourself, or give it to someone else. Your data stays in the EU, ownership of your data and configuration stays with your organization, and every project starts with a free intake in which we say honestly whether a private cloud is worth it in your case.
01, RESULT
- A shielded cloud environment for your organization alone
- A backup and recovery plan with a recovery that has been tested and shown to work
- Documentation of the setup, the network, and the access rights
- Monitoring with an agreed escalation route for outages
- Handover of admin passwords and keys to your organization

02, HOW WE WORK
-
We look at which systems you run and which requirements your clients or your regulator set.
-
We calculate how much computing power, memory, and storage you really need.
-
We set up the shielded environment in a European data center.
-
You test part of your systems in the new environment before anything moves for good.
-
We move the rest in blocks and either hand over the management or take it over from you.
FAQ
FAQ
Where does my private cloud run?
In a European data center, inside our managed environment, and we tell you exactly which building your equipment is in. That way you stay free to move later without rebuilding anything.
Does everything have to go into that environment?
Usually not. Often we put only the sensitive or heavy systems in a private cloud and leave the rest with a public provider, which amounts to Hybrid cloud. If a regular Cloud migration is cheaper and simpler, we tell you right away.
Isn't a private cloud a lot more expensive?
Per month, you often pay a fixed amount instead of a bill that moves with your usage. That works out well for a steady load and not for peaks. We calculate both scenarios for you before you decide anything. To widen that comparison, see Cloud cost optimization.
