A product under your name, without becoming a software company

A product with your logo, your domain, and your name on the invoice, which we build and keep running behind the scenes.

Your clients know your name and trust it. Now they ask for something you do not have on the shelf: a portal to follow their orders, an app to submit hours, a small box that measures the temperature in their cold room. You can refer them to a company that has it, but then you are outside the conversation. Or you put your own name on it and leave the technology to us.

Your name on the front, our technology behind it

White-label products mean we build the product and you deliver it under your brand. It runs on your domain, the logo is yours, the emails come from your address, and even an error message carries your name. Your clients call you, not us. We are your second line of support: if something breaks technically, we fix it and you tell your client. A device works the same way. Your name on the casing, your manual in the box, and we make sure the firmware and the app behind it keep working.

That is different from a standard package with your logo pasted in. A real white-label product adapts to the way you work. An accounting firm wants the client portal to use the same terms as the annual accounts. A wholesaler wants the ordering app to know each client's discount tiers. We build that in, because it is your product and your clients notice the difference.

One product, several brands

Often it starts with one brand: yours. But once it works, a partner or a peer company asks whether they can use it too, under their own name. That is why we set it up from day one as one product with several brand profiles. Each brand has its own logo, colors, domain, and email sender. The data is kept separate per brand, in the EU. Adding a new partner is a setting, not a new project.

It also works the other way. If you already have a product that runs well for your own clients, we make it suitable for others to sell. We take everything that is tied to your company out of the core and turn it into settings. That is how your internal tool becomes a product a trade association offers to its members, or a franchisor hands to every branch. If you first want to know whether there is real demand, Product feasibility is the cheaper first step.

Who does what once it is live

A product under your own name means your clients call you when something does not work. We arrange that before the launch, not after. We agree which questions your people answer themselves, which come to us, and how quickly you hear back. That goes on paper, in plain language. We plan updates in consultation, so your clients do not see a different screen on Monday morning without you knowing. If you want to decide when a new version goes out, we build that in.

For your first public launch, there is a separate service, Technical product launch: domain, email, monitoring, and a plan for when it gets busy on day one. And when your product needs replacing after years, Product lifecycle management makes sure the last client is moved over properly instead of the product quietly fading out.

Who owns the product

You do. That may sound obvious, but in many white-label setups you are really renting someone else's product with your logo on it. If that supplier stops, your product stops. We work the other way around: you get the source code, the documentation, and access to the environment. If you want to bring in another agency one day, or manage it yourself, you can. Your clients' data is in the EU, separated per brand, and we use it for nothing else.

We start small. In a free intake, we look at whether what your clients ask for is really a product, or whether a connection to what you already have is enough. If it is the latter, we tell you right away. If it is a product, we build a Prototype in 10 business days that already carries your branding, so you can show it to two or three regular clients before you roll it out widely.

02, HOW WE WORK

  1. We discuss what your clients ask of you and what you want to offer under your own name.

  2. Together, we decide what becomes configurable per brand

logo, colors, domain, email sender, and texts.

  3. Within ten business days, we build a prototype that already carries your branding.

  4. You test it with a few regular clients before you roll it out widely.

  5. We handle hosting, updates, and second-line support in the background. You keep the client relationship.

FAQ

FAQ

Will my clients see anywhere that Optimi is behind it?

No, unless you want them to. The product runs on your domain, sends email from your address, and even an error message carries your name. Only the agreement between you and us says who handles the technology.

Can I let other companies sell the same product?

Yes. We build it from the start so that each brand has its own profile and its own data. Adding a new partner is then a matter of a logo, a domain, and a few settings, not a new project.

What if the product becomes a success and has to grow much bigger?

Then it is time for Prototype to production: the same product, ready for far more users and stricter requirements. If usage declines over the years, Product lifecycle management helps you wind it down properly without leaving clients stranded.
