Optimi is an AI process optimization and automation agency in The Hague, for companies with 10 to 100 employees in South Holland and the rest of the Netherlands. We map processes, count where time leaks away, and build the solution on the systems you already have. The trade name is Optimi; the legal name is Kroon Optimi.

Why we start with the system, not AI
Every company that has been around for fifteen years has a working system: people, software, agreements, a few Excel files. It works, or the company would not be here anymore. But there are places in it where someone retypes the same thing every day. You only find those places by understanding the whole system: where work comes in, who does what, where it goes wrong. After that, AI is a tool, one of many. That is why we do not say “we do something with AI,” but “your organization already works, we make it work better.”
Who we work with
Companies with 10 to 100 employees. Large enough to have an administration that costs hours, small enough to change something in ten business days. Mostly wholesale, logistics and transport, and accounting firms, but the approach works anywhere email, PDF, and ERP meet. If we think a scan would get you nothing, we say so at the intake.
