Examine first, then build. This is how we work.

Our approach has five steps: free intake, scan, prototype in 10 business days, launch, and support. At every step it is clear who does what, where a person approves, and what you keep if you stop after it. We build nothing before the number is on the table, and we automate retyping, not people.

Youwhat you provide

30 minutes and one example.

About 1.5 days of your team's time, spread across the scan.

One process owner for about 2 hours a day during week 1.

Every flow keeps a queue for doubtful cases and a person who approves.

Recommended, not required.

Wewhat we do

An initial assessment and honest advice, including when not to proceed.

A process map, top 5, roadmap, and proposal for the first prototype.

The prototype, approval step, and before-and-after measurement.

REVIEW  — a person approves here

The next processes, the integrations, the AI workspace if it fits.

REVIEW  — a person approves here

Monitoring, repairs, model and integration updates, and the EU AI Act and GDPR register.

What you keepif you stop here

Honest advice, including when not to proceed.

The process map, top 5, and roadmap.

The prototype, approval step, and measurement.

The documentation and code are yours.

A plain-language report every month.

Step 1, Intake: 30 minutes, one process

You bring one process that annoys you. We ask questions: where does it come in, who does what, where does it go wrong, in which system does it end. At the end, we show how a process like it runs automated, with a mini-demo when that is useful.

Step 2, Scan: count where the hours go

Two to three weeks. We take inventory with the people who do the work, shadow them, count hours, and rank the bottlenecks by hours × feasibility × risk. Every opportunity gets a data and GDPR check.

Step 3, Prototype: working in 10 business days

One process, on your systems. Days 1 and 2 scope, days 3 through 8 building with a daily 15-minute check-in, day 9 testing on real data, day 10 live on a defined part.

Step 4, Launch: scale and secure

Step 5, Support: we keep an eye on it

Recommended, not required. Monitoring, repairs, model and integration updates, the EU AI Act and GDPR register, and a plain-language report every month.

Four principles for every step

  1. No build before the number.

The scan ends in hours per month. Only then a proposal.

  2. Your people help design it.

The people doing the work know where it hurts. We count and organize; they decide what “good” is.

  3. A person stays in control.

Every automation has an approval step. Green goes through; orange gets a second look.

  4. You can stop after every step.

What you have received, the map, roadmap, prototype, and code, is yours.

Who you meet

You meet the process consultant during the intake and scan. The AI engineer and workflow developer build the prototype, with the delivery lead as your main contact. The adoption trainer onboards your team at launch. Meet the team →
