- A mini-demo on a process that looks like yours: from email to ERP, from PDF to accounting, from CMR (the consignment note) to invoice.
- A list of bottlenecks and honest advice: scan, prototype, workshop, or nothing.
What to bring
One example. An order that came in, an invoice that was retyped, an email that comes back every day. That is all it takes. Your IT lead or accountant is welcome to join.
What happens next
Within one business day you get a short summary by email. If we agree on the direction, we come to you to see the process for real: who does what, which systems, where it gets stuck. Only then comes a proposal for a scan or a prototype in 10 business days. If you do not want to go on, you keep the list. No follow-up sales calls.

What does the intake cost? Nothing. The scan and the prototype are paid services; the intake and the mini-demo are not.
How long does it take? 30 minutes. Sometimes a little longer if you bring a second process.
How does the call work? Over Google Meet. You get the link by email automatically and open it in your browser. No need to install anything or create an account.
Who joins? From our side, the process consultant. From yours: you and, if you like, the colleague who does the process.
