All your sensors and machines on one screen, with an alert when something drifts.
You see on one screen what your machines, cold rooms, and meters are doing right now. You get a message as soon as a value leaves its range, even in the middle of the night.
You have a cold room with a temperature logger, a compressor with a manufacturer portal, and an energy meter that someone reads once a month. So the data exists. But it sits in four places, in four formats, and nobody looks at it until something breaks. An IoT data platform pulls all those measurements into one place and watches them for you.
What your devices already measure
Most companies have more sensors than they think. A modern compressor, a forklift, an inverter on the roof, an air-conditioning system: almost everything logs its own status these days. But every manufacturer does it in its own portal with its own login, and one device talks through an industrial interface while another writes a CSV file to an SD card. So the data stays where it is created.
We start with a walk around the floor. We look at which devices already measure, how to reach that data, and what is missing. Where a sensor is missing, we add one. Usually that is a small box or a battery-powered sensor. If a machine is completely closed, we look at IoT devices and sensors to see what can still be done.
One platform for all measurements
All measurements arrive on one platform that runs on a server in the EU. Every measurement gets a timestamp, a device, and a location, and goes into a database built for time series: millions of small readings a day, quick to query by hour, day, or week.
From there you can go in any direction. If you want the temperature of cold room three next to the door contacts and the energy use, it is on one screen. If you want the running hours of a machine next to the revenue it earned, we connect the measurements to Data and reporting, so the figures from your machines and from your accounting land in the same overview. The raw data always stays reachable. You own it, and if you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.
An alert before it goes wrong
A dashboard that nobody watches does not help. The value is in the alerts. If a cold room climbs to 7 degrees Celsius in the middle of the night, you want to know at 3:00 AM, not at 8:00 AM when you open the door. If a pump vibrates more than last week, you want to be there before the bearing gives up.
For each measurement, we agree what is normal, what is a warning, and who then gets a message. By email, in an app, or by text message, and with a second person if the first does not respond. We keep it simple on purpose: a few good alerts that someone takes seriously, instead of forty notifications a day that everyone dismisses. Once a few months of clean measurements are in place, it becomes interesting to look with Predictive analytics at which patterns come before a fault.
Your own measurements on your phone within ten business days
We do not write a thick plan about the architecture of your whole company. We take the two or three devices that matter most, connect them, and build a first version of the platform. Within ten business days, you look at your own cold room or compressor on your phone and receive the first alert. We keep building from that prototype.
If the number of devices grows, the platform grows with it. We handle the flow of measurements through Data pipelines, so a new location or a new type of sensor connects without us starting over. All data is stored in the EU, is encrypted in transit, and belongs to you. It starts with a free intake, where we walk through your facility together and decide where the first sensor pays off most.
01, RESULT
- Central storage for all your sensor and machine data.
- Connections to your existing sensors, meters, and machine controllers.
- Live dashboards per location, machine, or room.
- Alerts by email, app, or text message when values drift.
- Access to the raw data for your own reports.

02, HOW WE WORK
-
We look at the devices and sensors you already have and where their data gets stuck today.
-
We decide which values you really want to see and at what deviation you want an alert.
-
We connect the devices to a platform that stores the measurements securely in the EU.
-
Within ten business days, we build a prototype with your own measurements that you can view on your phone.
-
We finalize the dashboards and alerts and hand the platform over to your team.
FAQ
FAQ
Our machines are ten years old. Can they deliver data at all?
Often they can. Many machines have a controller or a data port that we can connect to. If not, we install a separate sensor next to the machine. If a device is truly closed, we tell you right away and look at IoT devices and sensors for a suitable alternative.
Do we have to keep all measurements forever?
No. A reading every second helps you look back at a fault, but after a month the hourly average is usually enough. We agree for each type of measurement how long the raw data stays. If you want to see the summarized figures next to your revenue and hours, we connect them to Data and reporting.
Can we also predict when a machine will fail?
That is the next step, not the first. First you need a few months of clean data. After that, with Predictive analytics, we can look for patterns that come before a fault. The platform stores the data so that this step does not become a new project later.
