Software that does what standard packages cannot

You have a process that does not quite fit standard software. Maybe it is a complex calculation that lives in a 50 MB Excel file. Maybe it is a planning board that three people try to update at the same time. The result is always the same: your team spends more time checking data than doing the actual work.

When standard software falls short

Standard software is built for the average organization. But if your logistics process has one extra step, or your invoicing depends on three different variables, you get stuck. You start working outside the system. Printouts on desks, separate lists in folders, and endless back-and-forth email. We write software that adapts to your process instead of the other way around.

From problem to prototype in ten business days

We do not start with a thick project plan. We look at how the work goes now and build a first version within ten business days. Not a finished product, but a prototype you can click through right away. That way we see immediately whether we are solving the right problem. What works well, we build out. What does not work, we remove.

Useful intelligence without the hype

Sometimes a simple input field is enough. Sometimes it helps when the system thinks along. Where it is useful, we add focused AI. Think of reading an incoming PDF order automatically, or attaching the right category to a request. No magic, just an extra tool that saves your team time. And because we often combine this with our System integration service, we make sure the new software talks directly to your accounting or inventory system.

You own it

Custom software means it is yours. You get the source code and the documentation. The data stays safely within the EU, and we work along the guidelines of the GDPR, which we also take along directly when we help you with GDPR compliance. You are not tied to expensive per-user licenses or unexpected price increases. You pay for the build, and after that the system belongs to your organization.

02, HOW WE WORK

  1. We observe how your staff works and where time is lost.

  2. We build a first working prototype within ten business days.

  3. You test the prototype with real data.

  4. We adapt the software to what your staff actually needs.

  5. We connect the new system to your existing administration.

FAQ

FAQ

Do you build everything from scratch?

Only when we have to. Often a System integration between two existing packages is faster and cheaper. If that is the case, we tell you right away and do not build an unnecessary new system.

How do I know the software will still work in five years?

We write readable code and use standard technologies. You are not dependent on one specific developer, and you can leave Software maintenance to us or arrange it yourself.

Can this software be extended with AI later?

Yes. We set up the database so that a later AI implementation is possible, for example to recognize documents automatically or to forecast lead times.
