Send and receive e-invoices through Peppol from your accounting system.
Every outgoing invoice leaves automatically through Peppol, and every incoming invoice is ready as an entry right away, without a PDF and without retyping.
Your accounting team sends an invoice as a PDF attachment. At the client, someone prints it out or retypes the amounts into their accounting package. The same happens the other way around: every morning, someone at your company works through the mailbox, downloading invoices and entering them. An attachment ends up in spam, an invoice number is mistyped, and three weeks later a supplier calls to ask where their money is. Peppol turns that hassle into a structured data flow between your system and your business contact's.
What Peppol is
Peppol is a network for exchanging invoices and other business documents. Compare it to email: you have an address, in the Netherlands usually your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, and anyone on the network can reach you there. The difference is that no PDF goes back and forth, but a structured file in which each line, amount, VAT, and due date has its own fixed field. The receiving package reads that without guessing and without anyone having to look at it.
You get onto the network through an access point, a provider that delivers and collects your documents. Many Dutch accounting packages already have such a connection built in. Then it is a matter of turning it on and letting your business contacts know you can be reached. With an ERP or your own software, a bit more is usually needed, and that is where we come in.
Send and receive from your system
We start with the question of where your invoices come from now. Do you create them in Exact or AFAS, in an online store, in your own calculation system, or in a combination of those? That determines how much work it is. If your package already speaks Peppol, we help you with the setup and with cleaning up client data, because a wrong address means an invoice that arrives nowhere. If it does not speak Peppol, we build the integration between your system and an access point, exactly as we do at System integration for orders and inventory.
Within ten business days, you have a working prototype: one real invoice that leaves your system and arrives at a business contact, and one that goes the other way. From that point, we expand to all clients and suppliers who can be reached, and we keep track of who is not on the network yet.
Incoming invoices without retyping
The biggest gain is usually on the purchasing side. An e-invoice that comes in can sit in your accounting system right away as a draft entry, with the right supplier, the right ledger account, and the right VAT rate. If you have a purchase order in your ERP and CRM integration (Exact, AFAS, Odoo), we match the invoice to it, and only a discrepancy still has to pass a person.
Not every supplier is on Peppol yet, and that will stay so for a while. The PDFs that come in by email we read with a language model and convert to the same structured form. That way your accounting team has one incoming flow instead of two ways of working side by side. No magic, just a tool that removes the retyping and leaves the checking where it belongs.
Useful before it is mandatory
For deliveries to the Dutch central government, an e-invoice has been the norm for years, Belgium has required it between businesses since 2026, and the EU is working on rules for cross-border invoicing. In the Netherlands, there is no broad mandate yet, but whoever connects now will not have to rebuild under time pressure later. More important is that it saves time today: less retyping, fewer lost invoices, and an accounts receivable overview that is correct.
What we build is yours. You get the code and the documentation of the invoice flow, your data stays within the EU, and you can leave Software maintenance to us or handle it yourself. Not sure whether it is worth it for your organization? Then we simply say so in the free intake.

FAQ
FAQ
Do I have to switch to e-invoicing?
For deliveries to the Dutch central government, an e-invoice has been the norm for years, and Belgium has required it between businesses since 2026. The Netherlands has no broad mandate yet, but the EU is working toward one. We tell you what applies to your situation now and what is sensible to arrange already.
My accounting package already has a Peppol button. Why would I need you?
Often you do not, and we tell you that right away. It is different when you invoice from an ERP or a custom system, or when incoming invoices are still matched to orders by hand. Then we build the integration with your ERP and CRM integration (Exact, AFAS, Odoo), so it becomes one flow.
What happens with suppliers who still just email a PDF?
They will be around for the next few years. We read those PDFs with a language model and put them into the same incoming flow as the Peppol invoices. That way your accounting team keeps one way of working instead of two, and through Workflow automation the approval then goes the right way by itself.
