Domain and DNS management without unexpected outages
All your domains are in your own company's name, the DNS records are right, and nobody has to guess who pays the renewal anymore.
At most organizations the domain was once registered by someone who left long ago. The website runs, the email comes in, so nobody looks at it. Until the day the renewal invoice goes to an old email address and nobody opens it. Then, on a Tuesday morning, everything fails at once: the website, the email, the integrations with your accounting package. And the recovery depends on an account you do not have the password to.
Who owns your domain name
A domain name is not a technical detail but property. It is in the name of a holder, and that holder is the one who ultimately decides what happens to it. So we always start with the question of who is in the registry. Often that is an old web agency, an employee who left, or the director's private account. As long as that is the case, you depend on someone else for your own reachability.
We find out which domains should be in your name, including the variants you once registered to stop someone else from running off with them. Then we bring them together in one management account in your own organization's name, with automatic renewal and an address that actually gets read. You are the owner, and that stays so, even if you ever leave us.
DNS is the signpost for your whole business
DNS translates your domain name into the address of the server that runs your website, the service that handles your email, and the dozens of small integrations that hang off them. The average zone holds records nobody can place anymore: a pointer to a package you canceled two years ago, a subdomain for a campaign that never happened, a verification entry from a vendor you no longer use.
That is not just messy; it is also a risk. A record that points to an address you no longer control can be taken over by someone else. We read out the whole zone, write down per record what it does and which system hangs off it, and clean up what is demonstrably dead. What we are not sure about, we leave in place and put to you. We tell you right away if we come across something we do not trust.
Move without the website or email going down
A move goes wrong when the switch is the moment of truth. We turn that around. The new environment is fully ready first and tested apart from your domain. Then we lower the time-to-live of the records, so the internet asks for the zone again quickly and a change can be reversed within minutes instead of the next day.
The switch itself we do at a time that suits you, usually outside office hours, and we keep watching until the first email arrives in the new place. If the website moves to other hardware too, that runs together with VPS hosting or Managed hosting, so the domain and the server are right in the same move. If you put Backup and disaster recovery behind it, we also know where to point if something ever has to come back.
Certificates and renewals you do not forget
An expired certificate gives visitors a red warning and stops integrations between systems. It rarely happens through incompetence and almost always because the reminder sat with one person. We set the renewal up so that it runs by itself and the check on it sits with systems, with an agreed escalation to a person if something does not work. That way an outage always reaches someone who can do something about it.
The same goes for the domains. You hear well before an expiration date, and the overview of all names, records, and renewal dates is yours. Not a folder with us that you cannot look into, but documentation you can take to another provider tomorrow if you want. Staying because it works is a nicer reason than staying because you have to.

02, HOW WE WORK
-
In a free intake we list every domain you use and find out whose name they are really in.
-
We read out the existing DNS records and record what each record does and which system hangs off it.
-
We move the domains to one management account in your company's name and turn on automatic renewal.
-
We switch the DNS over with a short time-to-live on the records, so a change can be reversed within minutes.
-
You get the management access, an overview of all records, and an alert before anything expires.
FAQ
FAQ
Our domain is in a former agency's name. Can we get it back?
Almost always. For a .nl domain that runs through a transfer token the current holder has to hand over, and on a change of holder your organization signs for the takeover. If the agency does not cooperate, the registry has a dispute procedure and we help you file it.
Will our website or email go down during the move?
It does not have to. We first set the records up in the new place, lower the time-to-live, and only switch when everything is in place, usually outside office hours. If your email moves too, we do that together with Email hosting, so the mailboxes and the MX records are right in the same move.
Can we still get into the DNS ourselves, or do we always have to call?
You simply keep your own management access; you are the owner of the domain and of the zone. If you want to change a record yourself, you can. If you put CDN and edge caching in front or move a website to another server, we would rather take a look with you before you press save.
