The Free plan is free, for good: 10 submissions every month, and you sign up with your email address only. One submission is one customer's photos, up to 3, and their words, checked together. It counts once, whatever the verdict. A photo your store refuses before the check, such as the same photo twice, never counts. For a busy month you buy credits in the Optimi Portal.

Side by side, without touching. Optimi AI Product Reviews never writes in WordPress's comments or WooCommerce's reviews. The photos sit in a section of their own: no stars, no form, no review block at the bottom of the page.

The setup guide shows your own product page before and after, in your own theme, before you decide anything. When your theme has no place for the section, the block, the shortcode and the widget work everywhere, page builders included.

Another product, a box, a screenshot or a blurred photo. A photo that may show a minor is never published. When a person is visible, the photo waits for you. On 50 test photos, every photo of another product, every box and every screenshot was caught.

Under How strict, choose Everything comes to my list first. Nothing goes live until you press Publish, and every submission still comes with its verdict and its texts.

Nothing, until you choose the region on the plugin's first page. Then, per submission, the photos, the customer's words and the product's details. Never your customer's name, email address or order number. Optimi processes it in the EU, keeps the photo only during the check and the verdict for 30 days.

A customer ticks one box before sending. Every email after that carries a link to remove their photos, for as long as they are live. The Help tab gives you a ready paragraph for your store's privacy page.

Your customers are still asked, and their photos wait on your store. They are checked when the next month starts, or at once when you buy credits. You can publish a waiting photo yourself too; it is then marked Not checked.

The plugin's screens come in 7 languages: English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian. The email and the upload page follow the language of the order, with WPML or Polylang too; the section's heading follows the language of the page. Captions are written in your store's language.

The section loads its own small script and stylesheet, only on pages that show it. The photos come from your own Media Library, in sizes made for the section. Nothing loads from Optimi.

Home says in one sentence whether everything works and what waits for you. The setup guide's last step sends you a real request, so you see your own photo go live. Try it shows your product page before and after, whenever you want.

Only new ones. Orders completed before you activated the plugin never get an email. When you uninstall, the plugin's data leaves your website and the plugin asks Optimi to delete what it holds; the published photos stay in your Media Library unless you choose otherwise.
