Terms
- PLC
- A controller that links machine steps and, on a deviation, stops the line under control.
- retrofit
- Making an existing machine smarter with sensors or new controls, without replacing it.
- robot cell
- A robot with gripper, safeguards and links to your line, working with your own products.
- automated test system
- A set-up that tests every device by itself and keeps the values per serial number.
