Last week Stripe told me a customer disputed an order of about 300 euros with thier card company. The order was delivered seven weeks ago, so I'd completely forgotten about it. It was a big bundle of sleepsuits and blankets.
What I did : 1. Uploaded the courier tracking in the dispute screen, 2. Added the invoice and the emails, 3. Waited. The courier's only proof was a scan at the door, no signature, no photo, and I lost.
So the money's gone, the clothes are gone and there's a fee on top. If a scan at the door counts for nothing - then I don't really see the point of the tracking, I'd like to know how you handle it on your shops.
