When the money has been transferred to the shop but the order doesnt update, the confirmation message that the payment processor sends to your shop isn't getting through.
In most cases a security plugin, a firewall at the host or a maintenance mode plugin is blocking that message.
The payment plugin's log should show what happened to each of those messages, so start there.
Does the log show anything for those six orders?
