I added up what goes out every month, the VPS, plugin renewals, the mail service, bookkeeping, two app subscriptions and put that next to August turnover. Bigger slice than I expected and bigger than a year ago, while the shop hasn't grown like that.
Each one looks cheap on its own, a few euro here, a few their, which is the trick. Together it's real money!
How do you decide what to cancel before the renewal hits? I never see the dates until the invoice lands.
