Hostinger has one. HPanel, pick the site, WordPress, Staging, create and a copy comes up on a staging subdomain with its own wp-admin so the RC goes on there and the live shop never knows.
SiteGround has it under Site Tools, most managed plans have the button somewhere and the panel search finds it faster than the menus.
No button then a backup does the job. Take a full UpdraftPlus backup, make a subdomain in the panel. Install a blank WordPress on it and restore the backup into that one with UpdraftPlus set to migrate. It rewrites the URLs for you.
Two catches. The copy is public unless the host locks it so put a password on the subdomain or Google will index a second copy of the shop. and every email the copy sends is real, Woo on staging mails customers about test orders unless outgoing mail is off so kill that first.
Delete the copy when done. It counts against disk space.
