Read that WordPress has its own experimental AI plugin now and the demos are titles and excerpts, which is harmless enough on a blog.

Product descriptions carry sizes and materials - so one invented detail turns into a return because nobody rereads 300 products.

Would anyone here let it write or rewrite those inside the shop admin?

I use an AI chat for my first drafts of product descriptions. But I read each one and paste it in myself.

I wouldn't give a plugin direct write acces to the catalogue like that. Would you be comfortable with a tool that only drafts and still leaves the pasting to you?

Nope, since most texts come with the goods and my buyers only care for sizes and materials - not for flowery sentences.
