Okay we realize you may have rushed the update. But just so you know, the WooCommerce update after 10.9.0 - thats the WooCommerce version 10.9.1 - came out the day after 10.9.0.
And it specifically, if you look at the release notes for WooCommerce, resolves compatibility with older versions of the Stripe Payment Gateway plugin.
So the reason the Stripe card option is gone is the 10.9.0 update, which breaks compatibility with older Stripe Payment Gateway versions like yours and so you should update WooCommerce to version 10.9.1 instead.
In short, go ahead and update to WooCommerce 10.9.1 - that should do the trick.
