I'd go into that admin page and open your browsers console and check the JS errors you receive and where they're being loaded, as with 7.0 the admin has changed to the new admin theme wich has it's own styles and scripts so any plugin that hasn't been tested with 7.0 will break first.
The browser console should help with figuring out where the error is.
This will point you to which plugins JS file it's referencing.
