We had a developer build a small tool for a client shop. It sends the shop orders straight to the wholesaler's ordering portal. He quoted a few days of work. It ended at three times the price.
The problem was the portal: they kept changing the login and the order form so he had to fix it again every time. On paper it sounds like a nice automation. In real life it breaks every few weeks and someone has to pay for that.
I'd like to know what you think about building this kind of tool. On mobile, sorry for the short post.
